90 BURPEES!!
Did 90 Burpees, 60 kettleball swings with a 25lb kettleball on each arm, 300 skips with jump rope, and 40 back lunges with a kick….Finishing the other half after work!
Dive bombers
Place your hands shoulder width apart. Slowly dip your chest towards the ground and make a U shape with your body movement. As your head finishes the U shape, reverse the movement.
This targets your chest and arms.
It’s a total killer!
